Art glass thick mixing bowL? Help with finding maker and techinque

Hello-

I been searching for hours and unable to locate the maker for these mixing bowls?

Im not quite sure if they are even mixing bowls. This one is heavy - 1.15 LBs for the small bowl. Half inche thick all on the top rim.  No makers mark.

There's small air bowls surrounds the bowl. Bottom has this round groove that I've never seen before from glass making. Doesn't seem like it's hand blown or mouthblow. I love how it's it's very pretty and the swirls in the pattern.

Any information would be greatly apprecated.

I believe these are candle holders.  I have some shaped exactly like this, without the pretty swirls. Kosta Boda makes some similar to yours.
