Any help appreciated on this red clay? pottery platter/Koi Fish?

I have this 11"x 7 1/4" pottery platter/dish. I believe the design is Koi fish. Signed on the back with '07. Can anyone make out the signature? Almost looks like Shirley Davis? but the very last letter almost looks like a Z. I know it is a long shot due to being so many studio potters out there! 🙂
