There is a Blandon Ornamental Iron in Miami, Fl. Didn't find a website, but you can google street view their shop.

There are andirons on the J. Landon website, so I would guess it's theirs. Just drop them an email to confirm.

One of those strange coincidences, although - now I look at them again - I suppose the ones on the website (the dog designs) aren't really all that similar to the OP's. To my eyes it still looks like "J. Landon," but Palmtreelucky's "Blandon" suggestion obviously merits investigation.
