The coin: 17.7mm dia.-round-zinc- grades F+.
Obverse: At center in large font size is word BOGEN.
Legend: KOMMUNALVERBAND 1917.
Translation: Kommunalverband = Municipal Association.

FRIEDENSCHLUSS.
Translation: Good until 6 months after peacetime declared.
