Hi, I have this dollar bill, I couldn't find any information about it besides the site that it links, I will appreciate any explanation about this one dollar bill

Did you check the site? It's a site where people track where their bills go just for fun. It's not an official type of note from the mint, just stamped and tracked by someone in an internet "club". My dad did it for years. Might not still be a thing...
