Hanna Andersson Sizing & Age Group

This poncho is a size "S" (small) but I'm not sure what age group it's for.  I've only seen tags with the European numbering system. Also, if you know the collection name that would be helpful too. Thanks in advance!

The only time I have run across S. M, L etc, with Hanna is when it comes to womens sizing or accessories like hats and the like. I don't sell a TON of Hanna so I'm no expert but your picture is lovely.

Another seller has this same poncho listed in a size small stating it's a 2-3 FWIW.
