why so cheap

are products on eBay refurbished?  my question is because I was looking at Maui Jim sunglass,  its price on eBay is around 35 to 40$. while new from amazon starts from 150$.

If they're refurbished, the listing should say so. If they're counterfeit, I doubt the seller will admit it.

Items can be "preowned"/used, fake, or simply a good deal.  A price 'too good to be true' is always an indication to do more investigating as a buyer.  

Check the feedback/sales history of the seller for a solid positive history of like items, actually read any negatives or neutral feedback the seller received,  check the item location vs where the seller is registered, and simply right click on the photo and use a Google photo search to make sure the exact item is not also available on AliExpress for $2.47

I wouldn't  touch them with a 10 ft pole.

There's a way to tell if they're fake but those scammers have gotten smart and they'll show a photo of the real thing and send the fake ones so you won't know until you receive them.
