im trying to buy a live fish off ebay but the seller has local pick up! (No Shipping) does ebay offer an option for shipping?

Ebay doesn't ship anything. If you want to inquire about shipping message the seller.

I suspect the seller doesn't want the risk of shipping a live fish. But there are plenty of sellers who do ship fish. You just need to find another seller.

If the seller agrees to ship the fish they have to use overnight shipping and that's  expensive.

Hi @bwil53421 shipping is up to the sellers descretion. If the seller chooses to ship the item, they may do so by relisting the item with appropraite shipping on their end

However, it is up to the seller to determine if shipping is viable for selling their live fish. It can sometimes be too much liability and hassle depending on how much live fish are sold or the cost of shipping for the seller vs profit made
