Sorry this happened to you.  You've now asked the same question twice without giving much in the way of details.

How about returning here and telling us everything you can about the transaction?

For instance,  when did you buy it? What was the last estimated delivery date? 

It was going to be shipped and was not listed as local pickup only? 

Was it actually listed for sale on eBay or another site?

If it was listed on eBay, can you share the item number? 

PS:  Is it the one where you left "did not get it" as a positive feedback?

FB, either negative or positive, is not the way to resolve a problem.

On your order details what is the estimated delivery date?

Has that date passed by more than 30 days?

What have you done besides possibly contacting the seller? 

What method did you use to pay?

If you answer the above questions we can tell you what options may be available to you.

I can tell you this, I do not know why you thought an item like that one could be sold for that price with Free shipping. Item # 126276971584
