My  credit card was stolen so I can't pay for the item I bid on.  The people who are selling the product said I had to contact you.  Please help me

If the auction is still active and has more than 12 hours left, you can retract your bid here:

If you have already won the auction, then there is nothing you can do, but the seller could cancel the transaction, choosing 'Buyer requested" as the reason.

Alternatively, you can set up a PayPal account and pay using your bank account rather than a credit card.

Call your card company and get a new card issued.
