payment not successful but money debited.

Attempts to order the item were unsuccessful, but money was withdrawn from the account.My american express credit card was used for payment.  i already send a mail to eBay  for inform. what can i do next and have they refund my money or send my ordering item.? what should i do next..?

yes. It is not active. They will refund you in few hours. if you did not receive your money ask from ebay.use paypal

still not refund. i already inform to eBay. according them, money will be refund withing 7-10 day..  i believe  that it's may happen..

The problem was solved by talking to the bank. The money was credited back to my account from the bank. thank you everyone who help me.
