Have you checked your email account's business, spam or junk files? I made some changes to my emails account based on the provider's suggestions about a year ago, and had to look for my saved search emails, and mark them as personal, so they showed up. How long ago did you save the searches? Some I saved over two years ago stopped receiving emails recently, though some that are quite old still are still getting emails sent.
