@mechaniconwheels2001,

Unfortunately, this is a common practice used mostly by China based sellers or ones who drop ship, or buy chinese made parts, who may give an item location in the U.S..  Usually all you have to do is scroll down a listing page to the item specifics box and where it says Brand: Unbranded is filled in. Often those items have much lower prices as well.

Before buying auto parts on ebay, you need to check the seller's feedback profile page, which you do by clicking on the number in (  ) to the right of their username. On the page that opens it will show the seller's country of registry which may say China.  There is also a box that shows the numbers of the three types of feedback a seller can receive.  You can click on the numbers of negative and neutrals they have received to read only those comments.  Most of the seller's who are China based or sell unbranded parts made in China will have many comments about poor fitment, wrong items sent, parts not being branded... etc.. Never go by a feedback percentage alone.
