Receiving an absurd amount of seller offers on listings I've never seen before.

Over the weekend I've probably received 30+ seller offers of items and listings I've never seen, let alone clicked on. Over 10 today alone. I couldn't find anywhere to report bugs or anything, anyone have any idea is this has been acknowledged?
