Want to buy something on ebay but confused about the import charges

So I want to buy this computer: http://www.benl.ebay.be/itm/HP-Elite-8300-SFF-PC-Core-i7-3770-3-40GHz-8GB-500GB-WIN7-/142521237384?h...

However it mentions that there are 0,00 import charges. Then next to it, it says that these will be calculated after the payment is done. However I want to know them before I buy since if these are too high I might as well get myself a different pc since there are a lot of same specced ones floating around for a little higher price.

Can someone help me with this since I'm confused with the global shipping program thing and I've never had to deal with this before.

That item is in the UK, at the moment still part of the EU.

You are in Belgium, part of the EU..right ?

So, there shouldn't be any import charges.

Yes I'm in Belgium. It's getting confusing with the uk exiting the EU and all.

Thanks for clearing this up.

I know what you mean, but the UK is going to remain a member of the EU for possibly another 2 years.

Is there any way/chance they would stay beyond that?

Was very surprised that the vote was to leave the union.

It might take up to 3 years before everything is settled, deals done etc.., but 2 years is the target.

The vote to leave the EU didn't surprise me at all, but I live in the UK so I had a better idea on how the vote might go. I knew it was going to be a close call though either way, and it was.
