Do i have any options when I get the item?

If the item arrives within the estimated delivery dates why worry.  Depending on how large or heavy the item is, there may not be a difference in cost  between 1st class and priority.  If there would have been a difference in cost, ask the seller to refund the difference, before taking any action.
