Did you mean:

Seller offers one Shipping choice then sends it another way.

Bought an Item on Jan 3rd, I had to pay $5 for shipping.  It listed only USPS but after 2 weeks I get a noticed it was shipped. but it was shipped Fed Ex.  FedEx does not deliver to my PO Box and he never asked for it.

Is the seller allowed to change the shipping type if it is listed as only one type?

If it was sent FedEx Smart post it will be handed off to USPS for the final delivery

I can't imagine a seller would choose to use a more costly shipping method when they are only charging $5 for shipping.  Ordinarily, I would expect the seller to ship via the method advertised.  However, I've never heard of someone complaining about a seller upgrading the method at their expense.  I'd recommend waiting until the last day of the estimated delivery period before being too concerned.

I'm assuming that the seller didn't attempt to increase the shipping charge to you?!
