Hello,

I just wanted to state that PMAY4TH (the coupon field at all) is not accessible at checkout nor was Paypal available. At 7:01 PT everything was back to normal. Others having the same issues?

Ebay, are you going to respond to this. I am sure it is happening to multiple consumers. I tried multiple browsers on different operating systems and the Ebay app. Disappointing.

I am aware of that.

I tried to use it before that time (for quite awhile, actually) and could not. Once the time for the coupon expired, all things worked just fine.

This is why I made the post.

I believe others were experiencing the same problem.

Same for me. Discount of 15% sounded sweet, all I needed was item over $50 - then complete failure when trying to actually checkout using code. So frustrating! I wish eBay had some kind of live customer service to help. All that seemed available was to telephone them, with an estimated wait of 75 minutes!
