Online chatting option disappeared???!!!!!

Anyone noticed that ebay has removed the real time chatting mode????? Has it been removed by ebay???

Current email conversation and support from representative is not that useful. The train has gone when we receive the email reply, compared to online chat support....

Where is it???????

It seems to have disappeared, much like customer service help.  No offense to community volunteers, 

but many times only a customer service agent or a technical agent can help. 

Ebay Relies too much on others to do the jobs it should have paid employees to provide.

Seems eBay decided  to remove chat yet again !!! Who ever made that decision should be fired. The chat feature had improved communication between seller and buyer immensely. I for one use is almost daily. As I am sure many have as well.

eBay if you are reading these msgs and care about your customers satisfaction, turn the chatting feature back on.

@lar1972,

The "Chat" feature the original topic was about, was for ebay customer service only. You can message any seller using the Contact seller button on a listing page.  There is no special "Chat" for ebay messages between members.
