So around noon today I purchased some cat supplies from an eBay seller, I paid immediately through PayPal and received positive feedback from the seller not long after. About two hours after this the seller cancelled my order claiming there was an issue with my ship to address. There is no issue with this address, I receive my mail at it daily and ship packages from it regularly. IMHO the seller is a dropshipper who couldn't fulfill my order and used the trouble with address reason to try and avoid an out of stock defect. I would like to report this deceitful behaviour and hopefully give the seller the OOS defect they deserve but I don't see a way to do that anywhere. Would someone please tell me how to report this seller? TIA.
