I, recently, did a buy it now order from a seller. Nowhere in the ad, did I see any notes that the seller was away until the first week of May. I paid, on the date on purchase, March 25th. After there was no shipping updates on a week, I checked the purchase. Now, there is a note the seller is away. This exceeds the 30 day allowance for shipping and I am considering it excessive. I have contacted the seller twice since then but no reply. EBay's customer service doesn't have any options to address this, that I can find. I asked to cancel the order (of course the seller has numerous bad reviews). Can I do anything else, before the 30 day wait?
