CLOSING ACCOUNT NO REFUND

Seller would not refund money and Ebay closed my case, after I sent USPS tracking stating item was returned to seller on Mar. 26, 2024 and sent  eBay order details stating  return completed, Before April 1st. Seller says he did not received item. eBay closed the case, and agreed with seller, even though I had evidence seller received item, item was returned by USPS.

Did you get the item shipped back and had an acceptance scan by the date Ebay gave you?

If not, they can close the case.
