Blocked offers due to unpaid items

Early last year I committed to buy two items that I never paid for as a result some buyers blocked my ability to make offers.  I understand this but it has been well over a year and I am still blocked by some buyers.  How long will this last?

As long as a seller has you on their blocked bidder list forever. All you can do is try to message them explain why you did not pay for your purchase. They may decide to remove you but it is up to the seller.

I'm presuming you meant to say that sellers are blocking you.

There are two types of blocks that may be affecting you. Sellers have the option of blocking buyers with two or more strikes in a 12-month period. That should have stopped affecting you 12 months after your oldest strike (assuming you just have two). But sellers can also add a buyer to their blocked bidder list. That block is permanent.
