Blocked bidder on my list, but is still bidding

I have a blocked bidder on my list due to non payment.  I noticed that they are bidding on one of my auctions.  What action do I take at this time?  Obviously the blocked bidder list is not working.

Add the name again to your BBL.  Possibly there was an error when you entered it the first time that you did not notice.

You can cancel the bids after that, and hope that this whole thing works for you.

Cancel his/her bids. Check your BBL again to confirm all info is correct. Continue to cancel any more bids s/he places.
