Assuming you're referring to the 1959 film, not the remake, the animation, etc, you'd probably have to find it on VHS. Most, if not all VHS versions were pan and scan. But, even the very first US DVD from 2001 features the original widescreen aspect, as does every DVD or BD release since.

You will probably have to use something like ConvertXToDVD software, to make your own adjustments to the downloaded video file. It's what I always do. Finding an already adjusted file is unlikely.

Just so you are aware: even if you were to find a "pan and scan" version of "BEN HUR," you would NOT be able to see the full film, since "pan and scan" cuts off both the left & right sides of the film, leaving only the middle area.
With a distinctive 70 mm film such as "BEN HUR," you're going to be missing about 2/3s of the picture, from both left & right sides.
Are you sure you really want to miss that much of this significant and beautifully-filmed movie?
