Anyone else try the Mother's Day Gift Card 15% Off Promo?

Apparently a promo rolled out this AM for Mother's Day. 15% off all purchases of Gift Cards, Max Discount $30. Valid through 5/14 or while supplies last. 

Went to try it and I wasn't able to receive the promo. Said "Not Promo Eligible". Tried on two separate accounts.

Was trying to make a quick $30, I buy plenty on eBay so buying a $200 gift card for $170 is a no-brainer, free $30. Wasn't working for me, wasn't able to receive the promo.

Anyone else try? Anyone having trouble? Work for anyone?

same issue. called customer service they said it was a bug that would be resolved, only to get a email reply a few hours later that it was "sold out"

Looks like it sold out in less than 4.5 hours because it began at 6:00 AM PDT and I was trying around 10:30 AM PDT .... either they budgeted a very small amount for this promo or people jumped on that as fast as they could ... Smart, I mean literally I was hoping for a quick $30, or more if I did it under multiple accounts...
