I suspect this item was found on some site; not eBay:  and they told you ebay was handling the sale when of course they did not:

Is this something you want to sell on eBay, or  is it something you are looking to buy on eBay?

And if that last answer is "yes", where did you find this vehicle listed for sale?

eBay is not selling anything, individual sellers are. If you found the truck on eBay, you need to contact the seller not eBay. 

What you need to do is come back here and explain a little more why you need to contact eBay. While the boards are made up of buyers and sellers, many can help direct you how to procced. 

If you found the truck on another site and paid with gift cards, that money is gone and there is nothing eBay or anyone here can help you with.
