Need help identifying Chinese Book.

It is a Japanese book. Many Japanese characters are the same as Chinese Characters but they may sound differently. I can guess from the Chinese characters that the title is about soils and fertilizers.

I don't know Japanese. However, working from dreambooks' translation, I believe this may be the Worldcat entry:
