Final Value Fees / Non-Payment

Are final value fees automatically refunded upon cancellation of an item due to non-payment? eBay's help page on this topic doesn't address this.

Also, does eBay impose any consequences on non-paying buyers?

@vlade13 Yes, FVF's are auto refunded once you cancel the transaction for non payment after four days. that is how you get the buyer to receive a strike on their buying account. That is what will happen to the buyer. Just two of those strikes will cause them to not be able to purchase from a majority of sellers. Best of luck to you....

Final value fees are not paid until he buyer pays.

you can have a strike issued against the buyer  if you cancel the sale as buyer did not pay.
