Red velveteen pocketbook - what fashion does it go to (or what doll?)

Hi.  Have a velveteen purse with gold chain (on the right) that I am stumped as to what outfit (or doll) it belong with

the red, white & bright 1972 purse is similar but it has a 'v' shaped flap.  this one is a rectangle
