tracking information incorrect address

When I ship from my ebay account the tracking information shows on the USPS site as having the label printed from my address used 4 years ago.    I have checked all address changes with ebay and paypal (and there are many and difficult to go through each and every one).    I use the print shipping label option directly from the auction and it shows all the information correct so I'm not logging into USPS directly, but ebay/paypal are doing this for me somehow.   I am in Marietta, GA and the tracking info shows this which is disturbing that there may be issues related to cost/location/timing, etc. :

A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 10:50 am on January 5, 2017 in GALLUP, NM 87301. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.
