I got an email about my account going to be suspended , maybe permanently because I was below standards on sales. I put stuff on and very rarely get sells. I used to sell thirty or more items a month. What can I do about this before they suspend my account, because I would still have to pay my store price.

It is very hard to get back to above standard if you have been below long enough for eBay to be warning of suspension.
About the only suggestion I have it to run some serious mark down or BOGO sales. The only way to get your defect % down is to get your sales up. I know it is hard to sell for less when you are also paying an extra 5% in fees, but if the option is suspension, what choice do you have?
If you are able to get back above standard and want to keep selling, I think you need to find a way to store your items in a smoke free place. You are automatically giving up like 80% of your potential buyers by exposing your products to smoke.
