signing in

trying to sign in, I get the VERIFY APP asking to pick out photos re boats -- have done this5 times & it keeps sending me back to the "I ='M NOT A ROBOT' SCREEN -- WAS SENT TO AUTOMATED ASSISTANT - GOT TO REQUESTING A CONTACT - FILLED IN MY E MAIL & CANNOT SEND THE MESSAGE -- NOW WHAT??
