There are the two sources for funding the shipping payment, the pending funds or your PayPal account (if you have one).
The seller chooses the shipping payment source from the very bottom of the shipping label form.
The original default is the seller's PayPal account and the alternate funding source is the Pending Payment (with the current checking account backing it). If you select the Pending Payment option, that will then be the default unless and until you change it back manually.
