ship from zip code continues to be wrong

Why does my ship from zip code continue to be wrong in spite of correcting it.

The SHIP FROM zip code is taken from your listings.  I believe you can use bulk edit to change the ship from zip code.

Already tried that.  I think the problem is that, depending on the time of day and day of the week, eBay pulls this information off of different servers.  Not all my bulk edit or preference updates take effect on all servers - so I keep having hic-cups like this that require me to take additional time consuming steps in listing things that would not be necessary if all the servers got updated.

I tried to get a call back from eBay but could not get far enough in any menu I tried to even request one.  All the fees we pay and so little sales support.  How disappointing.
