seller sends repeated emails asking me to change negative feedback in exchange for refund

i ordered a usb camera on aug. 4th . as of sept 2 item not recieved, tracking info shows item not recieved by carrier, i filed a case with paypal and recieved a refund but seller continues to send emails asking me to change negative feedback in exchange for a refund, he has now gone as far as asking me to change the feedback in advance of a refund for an item he never shipped in the first place
