I have a buyer who paid and is awaiting shipping, but they messaged me to not send to address on their account and sent a new address. I do not want to send to different address that is not on account. Please advise as to what I should do. I don't want to be penalized for not shipping in time or ship to a maybe fraudulent address. thanks in advance

Sometimes messages will come from scammers pretending to be the buyer, who hope you will redirect the shipment. If that is the case, ignore the message, and report to eBay for scamming.
If the message came from the actual purchaser, then cancel the transaction with the reason "problem with buyer's address". Tell the buyer you will relist and they can purchase after they correct their address. There is no penalty to you due to the buyer stating the address problem.
