return shipping label

Buyer wanted to return item and he sent the return request in German and I cannot translate to English. I figured out how to accept return but not how to send shipping return label.I have called customer service 1-866-540-3229 twice and they cannot seem to help me. What they tell me to tell buyer does not seem to work.The item was shipped from S. C. and I don't know how it got the return request in German.All I want to do is send him a return shipping label.
