I sold an HD helmet to a buyer in Canada via Global shipment
Today she send me a text that claims the Hemet is not a real HD one and she wants her money back. This is her first transaction in E-bay and the helmet is real - I purchased it from an HD dealer in MA and I offer prove of purchase from the helmet with other thing I bough at the time but she want her money . She asked for my address because she does not have as it was send Global shipment , When i answer with my address e-bay send my an automatic message that i am not allowed to sent my personal info over to other e bay member Please , anyone have any good idea how to proceed with this case
