removing sold items from eBay global shipping

I have a buyer who purchased multiple items.  He now wants me to withdraw them from global shipping so that I can send him a combined shipping invoice with all of the items.   I don't mind doing this, but have no idea how to go about this.  His email to me states:

"I've sent an email to Ebay to ask about the combined shipping (because that is in the advert). They advise me to ask you to take the items out of the global shipping program and combine shipping. Would you be so kind to take this action for me?"
