refunds

we used to be able to send refunds after someone bought something. now how do we do this? since we don't use paypal.  i had an customer who forgot to ask for a discount on an item. i told them i could give a shipping discount. but i can't see where we as sellers can do this.

Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped

Locate the order.  Click the down-arrow, click Send refund.  Specify a reason, enter the amount to be refunded, send.
