Had to full refund winning bid + shipping to Buyer due to damage. How do I get a refund from Ebay for my seller fees?

My ebay > SOLD > More actions > Cancel order - seller selects a reason
The buyer's Paypal payment will be refunded (if buyer paid) and seller will be credited the Final Value Fee charged on the sale. ebay will send an email to the buyer to confirm the refund and cancellation. If the buyer does not confirm after 10 days, seller can close it. If you used the ISSUE A REFUND in the original Paypal payment, you will not be refunding twice.
