"SEND TO ONLINE AUCTION" and "ADD TO LIST"

Hi there, I'm a newer seller and I notice these buttons at the top of my My Ebay selling list. What does SEND TO ONLINE AUCTION mean? I have already chosen whether the items are fixed price or auction style listings, so this must not be related to that.

Also there is a button ADD TO LIST. How do I use this feature?
