i got a ebay message tonight asking if they purchased my BIN 700.00 speakers(LOCAL PICKUP ONLY) could they pick them up on December  13th or 14th. the message was from NewYork and I'm in Florida. I don't know how to answer the message. I don't know if he is trying to pay with credit . If so i would assume the transaction would clear in 10 days and he would be given a 6 digit code or QR code? And i would input them when the speakers are picked up. Or what do i do if he wants to pay cash?

You can reply to the buyer to confirm that he knows you are in FLORIDA.  I am guessing he is making a road trip to visit friends or relatives?  If he pays via credit card, since you are in Managed Payments, the payout would be in process before he arrives.  He will receive a message from ebay with the QR code plus 6 digit code.  Remind him to print it out to bring with him when he picks up the items so you can scan it in with your ebay app or enter the 6 digit code.
