paying for refunded items

I have bought many items from china on ebay

unfortunately the shipping is very slow and often takes over 100 days to Canada.

so some of the items that I received refunds on, then were delivered later.

is there an easy way to repay for these items?

it seems difficult because ebay will not let me message a seller if it has been over 90 days since the sale.
