a buyer returned shoes to me on july 23, 2015. I have the tracking number. Package has not moved since July 25. He sent them 3 day priority. I contacted our post office & they are supposed to be checking into it. When I sent these to him, they arrived on the 3rd day. What should I do now? This is my 1st return since starting eBay. Do you think he is pulling something? Or can this happen? It took 2 days for the tracking number to show up for me. Any help appreciated. Thanks so much.
