item not received from seller

I've told the seller.... I have not received the item... it does show it was delivered... I did everything the seller has asked me to do ....ask neighbors... check post office..... giving it another day or two....the seller now wants me to make a claim ? or case # with post office? I'm disabled and it's hard enough trying to keep up with everything they're asking of me.... I don't know what happened to this item?? if it was delivered then it was taken ...
