how do i get my phone or a refund if shipped to wrong address

i ordered a phone on ebay. When i payed for it came up with a old address of 2 yrs and it went there instead of my address now. I did instantly call the seller not even 1 min of buying my phone and they said it was all ready shipped and couldnt do nothing about it. Ive deleted that old address 15 times or more but it keeps coming back up.
