how can i stop discounted l shipping price displaying instead of full shipping cost.ebay said as pf may 15 it will show discounted shipping price instead of full price. i estimate weight when i list and sometimes i',m off by the next pound by the tiine i find the correct size box and packing.. being an ounce or two can make a difference of $1 which I can be buffered by the discount on the shipping
