help getting my full refund back

I bought a item a grill for my truck and it came cracked and they only gave me partial of my refund back and I requested to get my full refund back

Did you file an Ebay Return Request? If so, were you provided with a return shipping label so you could ship the item back to the seller? If the seller refused to cooperate, you could have gone back to the return request and asked Ebay to step in to help you.

Go and take a look at your purchase history. You can find it on the top right of any Ebay page. Hover over the words My Ebay. A menu will appear, click on Purchase history. Find the transaction. Look to the right there is likely to be a large blue box you can click on that says Return This Item.

1. Go to Purchase history.
2. Select More actions beside your item and then Return this Item.
3. Now you select the reason you are requesting the return for refund.
4. You have the option of adding a message to the seller.
5. Select Send request.
